Tea Tan & Toned

I have a huge obsession with tea, its probably because I hate coffee more then anything, the smell even grosses me out. So tea is my morning wake up call, my caffeine, my fix. I literally have asked for tea for christmas a few times thats how much I like it. I was reading
TIME Health and Family  which explains why tea is not only delicious but good for you. The main reasons that stood out to me were:
-It boosts exercise endurance
-Hydrates your body
-Reduces the risk of heart attack
 -The antioxidants helps prevent cancer
-Protects you from UV rays

Green tea is also known for increasing metabolism. It has been proven that one can burn about 70-80 additional calories a day just by drinking 5 cups of green tea. It's a yummy and simple way to help your body with out even thinking about it.

Virgin Bloody Mary

-1 Can V8 Original Vegetable Juice 1
-Celery Stick
-Salt and Pepper (add as needed)

This is a super healthy drink because you get a great source of vitamin A&C which is stated online on V8 Juice's official website.
Eat a stick of celery along with your drink because celery is a negative calorie which means that you ultimately burn more calories digesting the food than eating it. Its used in lots of weight loss programs and contains dietary fibers. Not to mention this is also really delicious and refreshing. I am not a picky eater so some may
disagree but try it out!

This is also a really good after school snack because it fills you up like eating would but its healthier and quick.

This will be for health, recipes, and fitness. I have to admit, I'm honestly not a very athletic person and I don't watch what I eat and such but I do know I'm healthy which is what matters most. I may not be the best qualified to give advice about how to stay fit but I will tell you all just how I live because you asked!

But please keep in mind that beauty isn't judged by the size you wear or how you look. Society creates that, you don't have to follow it. You were made absolutely beautiful and if you doubt that or tell yourself you aren't, you will never get anywhere in life. I have flaws and things I sometimes wish I could change about myself but at the end of the day those things don't matter. So just remember that whats on the inside counts first- if you don't shine from within you never will truly be beautiful.
